TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Session Ownership & Usage

All images remain the intellectual property of Click Mode Studios. Clients receive a license to use final images for personal or promotional use. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. Redistribution, resale, or alteration of images without written consent is not permitted.

2. Retouching & Delivery

Each package includes a set number of professionally retouched images. Additional edits are available for purchase. Delivery timelines are listed with each package and begin once the client makes their final selections.

3. Payments & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book any session. The balance is due on the day of the shoot. Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain the deposit.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose session time or forfeit the session at the studio's discretion.

6. Commercial Licensing

Commercial, advertising, or brand usage requires a licensing agreement. Please inquire before your session to ensure correct rights are granted.

7. Model Releases

By booking a session, you grant Click Mode Studios permission to use select images for our portfolio, social media, or promotions—unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. File Storage & Access

Final edited images are delivered via online gallery. Galleries remain active for 14 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their images during this period.

9. Refunds & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures the session time and date and is not transferable to other services. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hours) forfeit the deposit. Refunds are not issued once services have been rendered or retouching work has begun.
